We also operate a worry-free returns policy to give you extra peace of mind while making that all important purchase.
Worry-free Returns

Return & Exchanges:
Our Worry-free returns allows you to return the item within 30 days in it’s original packing and unused. Proof of purchase must be provided in order to return product. Please return the item in it’s original packaging with carriage paid by the customer. Refunds are paid 3 days after the item is received at our depot.
If an item is faulty or shipped incorrectly-We will exchange or refund the item(s) in full including the delivery charge and we will refund the cost of returning the item to us, providing return carriage charges are agreed in advance. Please contact us at [email protected] or call 053-9156736 to begin returns procedure.
Please note the customer is responsible to cover the cost of ant return postage on the case of change of mind.
We reserve the right to refuse a return of product and can require further proof of identity.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping Options
Deliveries and collection
We offer free nationwide delivery on all orders over €50 within the Republic of Ireland, this includes large items such as kayaks and boards.
Delivery charges on orders under €50 is €6.
Delivery of large volume products such as Kayaks, to Northern Ireland and UK will carry a charge of €100.
Orders of smaller volume items that are received before 12 Midday will be shipped the same day.
Orders of larger volume products such as Kayaks, stand up Paddle boards and surf boards will take from 3-5 days.
If you would prefer to collect your order from our from our premises in Wexford town this can also be arranged by emailing us at [email protected] or by leaving a note on your purchase at checkout and we will contact you regarding collection at a time that suits you.
We also ship to Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.
- For purchases under €50 the cost of shipping to Northern Ireland and the UK is €12.50.
- For larger items such as Kayaks and Boards the cost of shipping is €100.
